You See many guys in the weight room at school or either in a gym for this reason is so they can build muscle and get the perfect body. There is to much pressure for the perfect body.
The Weight Room
The weight room can be used for chilling with friends, showing off the muscles or checking out the ladies. Its a place were you can get gains of muscle.Its a place were you can get the perfect body.
Squatting
Squatting is an exercise that boys and girls usually do to get toned strong legs and a nice butt. making sure you do the exercise right go down to parallel at a 90 degree angle. Always be sure you have a spotter behind you.
Power Clean
Power cleaning works on legs and arms if you are doing the exercise the right way. Power cleaning you need great for its about exploding from the ground into a squat position trying not to drop the weight in front of you.
Dumb Bell Bench press
Dumb bell bench press is not about how much weight u can do. It's about doing all the reps by how many sets you have. Going all the way down to you chest and then back up will you start feeling the burn and know you are doing it right.
Bench Press
Almost the same exercise as dumb bell bench press. Bench press works the outer chest muscles and the biceps as well as the triceps. This exercise is about how strong a person may be but also doing the reps right all the down to your chest and up as far as you arms go out.
Dips
Dips are about arm, chest, and core strength. By doing as many sets as you can with all your body weight or more is tough.
This is an example of a physical body and you can see the bodies are both ripped but shaped differently and one body might be bigger than the other or certain parts.
This was me after a workout a couple years ago just another example of me loving working out and making sure my body was in shape and healthy and good for the ladies to look at 24/7.
After a hard work of a football game but you can see the physical body type this player has is big or thick and he still has a role to play in football and its not just being fat but still is useful.
