Monday Memo
Weekly Campus and Principal Update
Welcome Back! There is much to do in our last 3 three weeks of school this semester!
1. Denise will be collecting monetary donations for our custodial team members' annual Christmas gift from the staff starting today through noon on 12/19. We will present our staff gift to the custodians at our last staff meeting that same Thursday. Please donate cash only ~ there are 10-12 team members. Thank you!
2. Our staff meeting scheduled on next Tuesday, 12/10, will be moved to Thursday, 12/19 at 3:00 pm.
3. Cheerful Reminders:
- PTSA Staff Holiday Luncheon on Wednesday, December 11, in the Library during all 4 lunches. Please consider purchasing your PTSA membership at that time if you have not already done so. It makes our parents so happy to have our support!
- Staff Holiday Hot Breakfast on Monday, December 16th. We are on an alternating yearly schedule between staff breakfasts and off-site parties, and this year you’ll be served a hearty hot breakfast by the admin. and front office teams. This is not your bagels and cantaloupe affair!
- Little Elves Party on Tuesday, December 17th in the Library. Back by popular demand, this gathering is forthe elementary age and younger children and grandchildren of our staff. (Sorry, no dog children may attend). Santa will be on site, and this year we are asking that you bring a small gift under $10 labeled for your little one(s) ahead of time that will magically be ready to be passed out by Santa! Andrea Doerr will read ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas, and we will have fun and treats for all kiddos birth to 5th grade. We also welcome older siblings to be younger ones’ partners and helpers for our parents and grandparents. If you would like to help (play holiday sing-along songs, craft table, games, cookie decorating, appear as a special guest in costume, etc), please let me know. Bring your camera or cell phone for a picture with the Big Guy!
Best Wishes to our December Babies!

Supervision and Students Outside of Your Classroom
I encourage you utilize our indoor collaboration spaces and Plaza Marquez to have the space fit your learning needs. Please remember that you need to be with your students in these open areas. Students should not be outside of your classroom without your direct supervision.
