You are Our Father, you live in heaven

We talk to you, Father you are good

We believe your Word Father

We your children, give us bread today

We have done wrong, we are sorry

Help us Father not to sin again (repeat)

Others have done wrong to us

And we are sorry for them, Father today

Stop us from doing wrong, Father

Save us all from the evil one (repeat)

You are Our Father, you live in heaven

We talk to you, Father you are good

From the Principal

Many thanks to everyone for the relatively smooth start to the year. If there is any communication re Covid it will be sent out to families as soon as possible. Many thanks to families for following the school COVID protocols with the wearing of masks, not being on the school grounds and the drop off and pick up times.

Next week there will be communication sent home to families regarding the celebration of the Sacraments in 2022. By then we should have clarified what will be happening with Sacraments in the Parish, due to COVID issues.

Parent / Teacher nights are not able to go ahead. Early next week staff will email home their teacher information packs to families. Any correspondence from families to teachers is to be via email and or phone calls. Staff are not expected to reply to emails before 8:00 am in the morning and after 5:30pm in the afternoon.

CEWA have scheduled this Friday for the audit of ventilation in our classrooms. Next week we should have information as to which classrooms may require ventilators. A plan will then be organised to place ventilators within those rooms that need them.

There are a number of families walking through the Kiss and Drive entry. Families entering on foot near the Church must enter through the Church pedestrian gate, not the car entry gate. In the interests of our students’ safety please follow these protocols. A reminder to families that parking protocols are to be followed when it comes to parking to ensure the safety of our students.

The Kiss and Drive is in operation for all K-6 students. Families are not to park in the church car park as this is for staff and parish users only. Families please note that you will need to adhere to the school parking policy and the street verge signage.

Parking is not permitted in ‘no standing or parking zones' particularly on Forrest St and cars that do not follow the street and verge signage face a possible fine from the Ranger. The council have erected ‘No Parking’ signs along the school side of Forrest St and families are also asked not to turn across Forrest St to enter Kiss and Drive.

It will be very easy for an accident to happen if someone is impatient and tries to jump the queue. Your help in this matter will be very much appreciated.

Please note that I will not be at school this Friday.

Have a great weekend

God Bless
