Weather
Morning Message
Dear Weather Watchers,
Today is Mindful Monday! Look out your window. Is it sunny ? Are there clouds in the sky? Is it raining? We can think about our emotions like the weather outside. When it is sunny, we feel happy and hopeful. When it is rainy, we might feel gloomy or sad. How are you feeling right now as you notice the weather outside? We know that we can’t change the weather. If it is a rainy day, we can’t stop it, but we CAN control how we feel. When something makes us feel bad, try to find the positive. It may be raining, but that’s helping the flowers and plants to grow and make the earth look beautiful! Whenever you are having a gloomy day, remember, look for the bright spot and you will feel sunny no matter what!
