A Message from Dr. Kevin Jauch

During this most unorthodox season of gratitude, it’s even more important than ever for us to step back and recognize those things that we do have to be thankful for. For me, my children are healthy and my wife and I are both fortunate to be employed in the essential business of education.

I’m grateful for my staff who are professional, flexible and creative enough to pivot from onsite work to working from home without skipping a beat. I would be remiss if I didn’t send much appreciation to my Assistant Superintendent, April Jordan, who has essentially taken our entire catalog of professional development opportunities and adapted them to a virtual platform, while also greatly adding to our vast array of offerings. Check them out!

And, of course, I am thankful for ALL North Cook educators who have risen to the many challenges of instruction and learning this year. Thank you for your perseverance, flexibility, and patience.

Be safe and be well!

Wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving no matter who you are able to gather with.

P.S. Please forgive the selfie. There’s no one here to take my picture this month! / 847.824.8300
