SPECIAL MESSAGE FROM TECHNOLOGY
Several IT Directors have been emailing about this Momo game. We are all doing our best to block keywords surrounding it etc. The article questions whether Momo is real or not. Real or not, the topic is serious and awareness is always good. If it is real and being delivered via social media apps, then it may be very targeted towards the most vulnerable type people. It is also a reminder that we need to always be addressing digital citizenship and creating an awareness for students about data mining and how to navigate safely online.

A Message from Kelsey
Hello Giants!
Actions Steps:
1. All adults encourage participation in playing games ( ex: asking students"who wants to play 4 square today?" "Would you like help joining or stating a game?")
2. All adults reinforce game expectations (ex: one soccer ball per game, split 4th & 3rd soccer areas, use equipment properly - volleyball & 4 square ball for bouncing not kicking, etc.)
3. All adults model positive culture (ex: giving high-5's, playing a game, etc)

Healthy Eating Tip of the Week
"Food that come from the five food groups are foods we should eat every day. The five food groups are:
- Fruits
- Vegitables
- Grains
- Proteins
- Dairy
These tasty foods kwwp our bodies healthy, give us energy, and can help us do better in school. Eating a school breakfast and a school lunch is a great way to get these healthy foods."
