Buddhism: The Second Belief
Buddhism is a non theistic religion based off of the 'great teacher' Buddha. Buddha lived in the south eastern part of India (between the 4th and 6th centuries of BCE) to help others and to share his insights and end their suffering. The main goal of Buddhism is the attainment of the state of Nirvana, by practicing the Middle Way, or the EIGHT FOLD PATH.
