(Chinese: 向左走·向右走; pinyin: Xiàng zuǒ zǒu, xiàng yòu zǒu; Cantonese Yale: Heung joh chow, heung yau chow) is a 2003 joint Hong Kong-Singaporean romance film, filmed in Taipei. Produced and directed by Johnnie To and Wai Ka-Fai, the film stars Takeshi Kaneshiro and Gigi Leung.Leung plays a translator and Kaneshiro plays a violinist who live parallel lives and appear to be perfect for each other, but somehow fate seems to keep them apart.
It is also the first Chinese-language Asian film ever from Warner Bros.
