Message from Dr. Ramirez
Hello Cedar Ridge Students and Families,
Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there. I hope you have all had a wonderful day. One good thing to come from the pandemic is the new comfort in using Zoom. We had a Zoom gathering this afternoon for my mom, with all of my brothers and sisters calling in from different parts of the country. What fun!
Our graduation plan will be presented at Monday's OCS Board meeting for discussion. Our planning committee has been busy with the planning process. I have called for a Senior Class Graduation Meetings this week, one for students and the other for families, both on Wednesday. We have much to share. I want to point out, for planning purposes, that all seniors must attend our graduation rehearsal in order to participate in the ceremony. We only have one practice and all students will need to know what is expected.
You may have heard about the changes in mask requirements in the news this weekend. As of 5/9, there are no changes to OCS mask expectations; if changes are made you'll be notified via email.
I hope you all have a great week.
Best regards,
Dr. Ramirez
