Dear Country Dale Families,

Last week Friday we got to experience a fun-filled Cougar Chase thanks to the coordination efforts between Mr. Blask, our PTO and many parents. 4th-grade students kicked off the event at 9:15 am and students continued to run laps throughout the day. Although it was rather crisp outside, the sunshine and energy from our students, staff and volunteers kept things moving and everyone had a blast! Thank you for your donations and support of a wonderful activity and fundraiser for our school.

PICTURE RE-TAKE DAY

The photographer will return to Country Dale on Thursday, October 20, to take pictures of the students and staff that missed having their picture taken on picture day. They will also do retakes for any new students or students whose pictures did not turn out the first time. If your child needs a picture retake, the complete package needs to be in their hand at the time their photograph is taken. Picture packets came home this past week. Parents also received an email with a photo proof to look at and view.

CD FOOD DRIVE - OCT 31 - NOV 11

FORTE THEATRE PRESENTS: THE SOUND OF MUSIC

The hills are alive with the sound of music! Join Forte Theatre Company for their mainstage debut at the Saber Center - and one of the most beloved musicals of all time. In Austria, 1938, an exuberant young governess brings music and joy back to a broken family, only to face danger and intrigue as the Nazis gain power. With music and lyrics by Rodgers & Hammerstein, a cast of some of Milwaukee's top professional talent and FPS students playing some of the VonTrapp children, this is a theatrical experience not to be missed!
