This is to remind you that Holy Trinity is collecting food for the local Temple Food Drive.
This year we have divided the food drive by families (i.e... killian, Columba, Aidan, Finnian). We are collecting non-perishable goods until Thursday Nov. 21. Student council will be counting all food donations on Nov. 21 and food pick-up is on Friday Nov. 22.
Please ask your child what family they belong to if you need more information or feel free to stop by and look at our tables in the hallway. St. Vincent De Paul is also collecting money which they can use to purchase food for $0.11/ canned goods. $1=2.5lbs, $5=12.5lbs, $10=25lbs, all monies collected will be given to St. Vincent De Paul.
All food donations will go to St. Vincent De Paul and their food pantry which then will be distributed to needy families in the Temple area. If you need more information on the Temple food drive please visit the following site.

SECOND ANNUAL CHRISTMAS BAZAAR - NOV. 23rd
The Holiday's are closely approaching--hot chocolate, warm fires, spices and family time.
We are pleased to announce that we will have our
Christmas Bazaar Saturday, November 23rd.
In addition to the bazaar, we will have a Children's Mart. This mart is for children ages 4-12. They can come and purchase gifts for their mom, dad, and siblings for a few dollars an item. Here is what we need:
1) Volunteers for the event--we need elves :) to help the kids wrap their gifts for their family, set up for the event, and clean up after.
2) Items for the Children's Mart--attached is a list of items for the Children's Mart. These items can be new, or gently used items. Please bring your donations to the front office.
Thank you everyone and I know this year's bazaar is going to be great!!

VOLUNTEER CORNER
Donations and Volunteers are still needed for our Christmas Bazaar!
Hello Celtic Families,
Our annual Celtic Christmas Bazaar is fast approaching!! We are in need of volunteers and donations for this fun event!
- We need at least 5-10 more students and parents to step up and help the day before and day of with set-up and tear down.
- We need about 5 students to be elves for the Children's Mart and help kids buy their gifts for their family.
- We NEED DONATIONS for the Children's Mart! Any new or gently used items for fathers, mothers, brothers, and sisters would be greatly appreciated. Those items can include jewelry, glass decorative items, tools, or anything a child might want to gift their parents with or siblings. Please bring your donations to the front office.
Thank you for supporting this fun event with your time, treasure, and talent!

GALA 2020 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
The Annual Holy Trinity Gala is the most important fundraiser of the year. We invite you to consider being a part of the fun by joining our dynamic team of volunteers. Below are two areas we are in need of volunteers for:
* Class Baskets: In past years, each class (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior) makes a "basket" for the Gala. It's approaching that time of year again and we are in need of parents for each grade level to help organize and oversee the creation of the class baskets.
***We auction all 4 class "baskets" at the Live Auction during the Gala.***
The baskets do really well and are loved by all and are well bid on items at the Gala. They help us make meet our fundraising goal and are essential to the success of our Gala. Come be a part of a special group of families that helps make our Gala special.
* Planning and Coordinating: We are putting together our planning and coordinating teams and would love to invite you to join the fun. There is everything from helping advertise our gala, to decorating, planning the dinner, planning games, helping with the Silent and/or Live Auctions. Everything you do helps our Gala, which helps our school.
Helping with the Celtic Gala is a great way to support Holy Trinity and meet other families and work 'behind the scenes'. If you are interested in being on a Class Basket Team or on the Planning and Coordinating Team (or both!), please contact Mrs. Jordanna Richesin: jrichesin@holytrinitychs.org.
Volunteers in the Community
All families are asked to complete 20 service hours
EIM TRAINING FOR ALL VOLUNTEERS
Ethics and Integrity Ministry (EIM)
In an effort to protect our children, the Diocese of Austin mandates that all individuals who have contact with our children must be in compliance with the Ethics and Integrity in Ministry Policy, which equips each of us with the tools and knowledge to protect our children from possible abuse and perpetrators. All parents MUST complete this process to volunteer at the school.
Registration is required through the Diocese. In order to register for an EIM Workshop, you must first complete the volunteer application which is on their website. Once you have attended the workshop please submit a copy of the certificate to the school office. This workshop is for new parents and those who are in need of the refresher course.
