Thank yous!!
Thank you to everyone who has brought supplies for our class. I think that we have everything that we need now!
Reminders...
This Wednesday, February 17 is a free dress day. Students can wear clothing of their choice and not the Harmony uniform. Please make sure to check the student handbook. Clothing must still comply with these guidelines for free dress days.
Monday, February 22 is the deadline to submit your science projects for the science fair.
The Science Fair will be held on Saturday, February 27th. Come and check out the marvelous work by Harmony students even if you didn't submit a project. I'll be there all day too!
Dr. Seuss Day will be on March 2nd. More information to come!!
Exciting Reading for March!!!
I will be holding reading contests for the month of March. There will be 3.
I will have a special lunch with my students who complete their reading logs every day for the month of March.
Students who complete assignments on Reading Eggs/Reading Eggspress during the month of March will receive a special prize to be announced. Students can complete the assignments during class or at home. I will have the assignments posted to Reading Eggs/Reading Eggspress as of February 29th.
Students who reach their AR goals in March will get to choose a prize from the prize box. Thank you to, Aman, who looks for AR books at home, reads them, and then brings a list of books that he is ready to take a quiz on during school. This REALLY helps!!
Students who double their AR goal will get to participate in a special AR school-wide field trip. More details to come!!
