Diploma Name Verification
Students received an email requesting them to verify the name that will appear on their diploma. The name that will appear on a student’s diploma defaults to how the name appears in our system. If you would like to edit the name that will appear on the diploma for your student, please have them access the following link. The link can only be accessed through a student’s email address.
Work Based Learning
One of the requirements for graduation for the state of Pennsylvania is that you complete work-based learning activities to help prepare you for future employment. In order to fulfill this requirement, you must complete an online course similar to the type of training you might complete in the workplace. Below you will find instructions on how to access the work-based learning online course.

Reminders
FAFSA
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) was released on December 31, 2023. For more information about the launch of the 2024-2025 FAFSA Form, please consult this link. One way to get a headstart on this process before the launch of the form is to make sure that you create a StudentAid.gov account. When creating an account, please be sure to use an email separate from your school account as you will lose access to this email upon graduation. Additionally, please note that creating an account is a multi-step process and will require you to verify your account. This verification process can take 1-3 days. I would encourage you to create an FSA account to expedite the process when the application opens. We will host a FAFSA information night on January 31st at 6pm at the high school.
Midyear Transcript Report
It is important to check your email for requests from any of the schools you have applied to. Please complete this form if a college you applied to has requested a midyear transcript from you. The form will notify your counselor that your transcript should be sent to the college.
College Acceptances
Please notify your counselor when you get accepted to college. We would love to add you to our wall of acceptances out front the center. Remember to update your acceptances on Naviance as well.
Senior Class T-Shirts
We still have Senior Class T-Shirts available in the Third Floor Center. Speak with Ms. May in the center to pick up a shirt. The shirt is free for all seniors.
Royal Points
In order to participate in school events, students need to have over 85 Royal Points. Royal Points are a measure of student behavior. Students will lose Royal Points for infractions of the Code of Character, such as being late to school or cutting class. We are hitting the time of the year where some students may dip below 85 Royal Points. If you have fallen below the threshold, reach out to Mr. Udovich or Mr. Niagara. We can get you set up with Royal Recovery in order to earn your points back with positive behavior.
Home Access Center
Parents can access their student’s grades and report cards through the Home Access Center. Please use the following link for instructions on how to login to the Home Access Center.
Senior Timeline
Be sure to check out this presentation from our School Counselors in the Senior Center. Make sure that you are staying on track with your post-secondary plan.
