Hatha Yoga Lessons

For Dancers and Skaters

The best performances start from within your own bliss...

Find your balance, strengthen your core and quiet your mind before you even step onto the practice floor.

Dance, ice skating and other movement-based sports require an extreme level of strength, balance and flexibility. Caught up in mastering perfect technique, while juggling rehearsals, performances and day-to-day lives, it's easy for athletes and performers to dismiss the importance of basic alignment exercises, proper strength building and the cultivation of a pure, clear mind.

The ancient practice of classical hatha yoga helps us to find harmony in body, mind and spirit, while improving flexibility, balance and alignment. This makes yoga the perfect cross training for dancers and skaters.
