The Fabulous Month Of March
The wind tapped like a tired man,
And like a host, "Come in",
I boldly answered; entered then
My residence within
A rapid, footless guest,
To offer whom a chair
Where as impossible as hand
A sofa to the air.
No bone had he to bind him,
His speech was like the push
Of numerous humming-birds at once
From a superior bush.
His countenance a billow,
His fingers, if he pass,
Let go a music, as of tunes
Blown tremulous in glass.
He visited, still flitting;
Then, like a timid man,
Again he tapped 't was flurriedly
And I became alone.

Spiritual Wellness is generally considered to be the search for meaning and purpose in human existence, leading one to strive for a state of harmony with oneself and others, while working to balance inner needs with the rest of the world. The path to spiritual wellness may involve meditation, prayer, affirmations, or specific spiritual practices that support your connection to a higher power or belief system. Having compassion, the capacity for love and forgiveness, altruism, joy, and fulfillment, help you enjoy your spiritual health. Your religious faith, values, beliefs, principles, and morals define your spirituality. While the definition of spiritual wellness is unique to each person it allows you to think deep down about what gives your life purpose, meaning, and happiness. The month of March encourages people to discover if their beliefs, activities, work, family relationships and friendships are all in harmony. It’s also important to take care of you, by taking time to reflect each day and to plan fun and relaxing activities. Springtime is an opportunity for renewal, making March a great time to consider your spiritual wellness.
Here are some ways you might examine your Spiritual Wellness by asking yourself:
How accepting am I of others?
Am I able to forgive other people?
Am I able to forgive myself?
Do I help serve my community?
Do I feel fulfilled?
Do I participate in spiritual activities?
Do I feel a harmony between what is inside me and outside forces?
With Love,

St. Patrick’s Day is celebrated annually on March 17, the anniversary of his death in the fifth century. The Irish have observed this day as a religious holiday for over 1,000 years. On St. Patrick’s Day, which falls during the Christian season of Lent, Irish families would traditionally attend church in the morning and celebrate in the afternoon. Lenten prohibitions against the consumption of meat were waived and people would dance, drink and feast–on the traditional meal of Irish bacon and cabbage. Today, people of all backgrounds celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, especially throughout the United States, Canada and Australia. Although North America is home to the largest productions, St. Patrick's Day is celebrated around the world in locations far from Ireland, including Japan, Singapore and Russia. Popular St. Patrick's Day recipes include Irish soda bread, corned beef and cabbage and champ. In the United States, people often wear green on St. Patrick’s Day. In modern-day Ireland, St. Patrick’s Day was traditionally a religious occasion. In fact, up until the 1970s, Irish laws mandated that pubs be closed on March 17. Beginning in 1995, however, the Irish government began a national campaign to use interest in St. Patrick’s Day to drive tourism and showcase Ireland and Irish culture to the rest of the world. Approximately 1 million people annually take part in Ireland's St. Patrick's Festival in Dublin, a multi-day celebration featuring parades, concerts, outdoor theater productions and fireworks shows.
Did you know that Metaphysical crystals are the holy stones that are mostly used for crystal healing? Actually, the crystals start out in the liquid and gaseous forms from the Earth’s core and rise towards the surface. They get cooled in the cracks and crevices of the crust and eventually become crystals or gemstones. They are of different types, depending upon the pressure, temperature, location and minerals involved in the cooling process. No matter how hard or soft, crystals are actually not solid; they are the energy atoms moving super-fast. The speed may vary, and this is the reason why distinct crystals have different vibration frequencies. The crystals can be used in almost all aspects of life as they help in providing strength and courage to achieve the desired goals.
The Magic of Flowers
Daffodil:
Daffodil is actually just a nickname. The botanical or Latin name is “Narcissus” which comes from the Greek word “narkissos” and its base word “narke,” meaning a narcotic or numb sensation, attributed to the sedative effect from the alkaloids in its plants. All members are poisonous, which is great for gardeners, because that makes them critter-proof. The bulbs and leaves contain poisonous crystals which only certain insects can eat with impunity. They may, however, dig up the bulbs. The daffodil symbolizes unequaled love, so giving this flower to someone expresses a deep love that cannot be rivaled or imitated. The daffodil has also been associated in history with death and rebirth—from the death of the self-loving Narcissus in Greek mythology to its perennial return as an Easter flower.
Jonquil:
Jonquil is the birth flower for those born in March. The bright yellow or white is beautiful in its own right but especially since they signal the arrival of spring. Also known as daffodils and a little less so, as narcissus, these flowers can be used to brighten up a home by placing them into a vase or even as a potted window plant. The meaning of this flower is twofold. One meaning is that of desire and another is domestic bliss as well as friendship. There are several additional meanings for the flower. It all depends on which country’s interpretation you like best. With the name narcissus, the implication is pretty clear. Narcissism seems to have its roots in the beauty of this flower. When you want to make someone happy, a big bouquet of jonquils will surely do that.
March Birthstones:
Aquamarine:
Aquamarine is the primary March birthstone. It is said to promote courage and communication and enhance clarity. It is associated with the throat chakra and is supposed to lessen fear of speaking and enhance articulation. Legend has it that aquamarine stones came from mermaid tales, which is why they were considered good luck charms for sailors. Sailors used to carry aquamarine to ensure a safe journey. Some still associate aquamarine with safe travels. Aquamarine is part of the beryl family, as is emerald. It can be found in many places around the world including Brazil, Australia, China and Pakistan. Aquamarine birthstone jewelry is a great gift to remind someone to be confident and courageous in all situations.
Bloodstone:
Bloodstone is known for its healing and cleansing properties. It’s also associated with enhancing energy and strength. The bloodstone is tied to the root chakra, which is associated with feeling safe and grounded. In the Middle Ages, bloodstones were associated with the crucifixion of Christ. According to the legend, when Christ was crucified, blood dripped onto the green ground, and this red-green stone was formed. Greeks and Romans wore Bloodstones during athletic games to increase their strength and endurance. They are most commonly sourced from India, but can also be found in places like Brazil, China and Australia. Bloodstone is a good birthday gift for someone who would value a reminder of their strength.
March Horoscopes
Pisces:
Pisces are very friendly, so they often find themselves in a company of very different people. Pisces are selfless and are always willing to help others, without hoping to get anything back. Pisces is a Water sign and as such this zodiac sign is characterized by empathy and expressed emotional capacity. Their ruling planet is Neptune, so Pisces are more intuitive than others and have an artistic talent. Neptune is connected to music, so Pisces reveal music preferences in the earliest stages of life. They are generous, compassionate and extremely faithful and caring. People born under the Pisces sign have an intuitive understanding of the life cycle and thus achieve the best emotional relationship with other beings.
Aries:
The first sign of the Zodiac, Aries are the trailblazers. Passionate and independent, Aries will never do something just because everyone else is doing it—a Ram needs to be 100 percent committed to the task at hand. Competitive to the max, the best way to motivate an Aries is to turn something into a contest. Aries will put everything they have (and then some) into winning. Loyal, smart, and impulsive, they always have multiple projects on their mind, and won't be satisfied until their work, social life, and personal lives line up exactly with the dream life they've envisioned. Those who are drawn to magnetic Aries may have trouble keeping up—but if they can, they'll have a friend for life.

Tarot of the Month
Christina:
For the month of March, we pull the Hanged Man, the Devil, and the Four of Pentacles. These fortunes hold true in order from the 1st-10th, 11th-20th and 21st-31st. We start off with the hanged man. When you draw this card you are being advised that there is some type of time lapse going on around you, particularly well depicted in the Gilded Tarot Royal - the top from which he hangs looks like the inner workings of an old clock. Things have not quite reached fruition and you have to take a wait and see attitude. There may be some delay to your plans, and it is best to be patient and bide your time. Someone may seem unbalanced around you and creating a difficult though not unsolvable problem. Trust your judgement and make allowances for this for the time being. Time is the great healer of most dilemmas so be the keeper of your own counsel and it will serve you well. Someone may also be having difficulty with their leg and unable to walk or get around as they usually do. They may need a walking stick or crutches, just temporarily. Give a wide berth to anyone who is not in the best of health either physically, mentally or emotionally. If you have to make an important decision around now, take your time to weigh all the facts and be sure that it is the best choice possible. Mid-month, we see the Devil. This could be the little devil who is prankish or disruptive in the classroom or with other playmates. However, it can also be a strong and forceful element in a grown up that unleashes its tremendous energies at whoever stands in the way of his/her desires. This is considered a Trump card, and therefore contains many powers to be utilized as the needs or desires arise. Someone can be incredibly possessive and dominating around you if you pull this card out in your reading. Often, they have a love/hate relationship with someone, and it could be getting out of control. Someone is madly in love with or wants to control the actions of another and this should not be allowed to continue as it represents one person’s victory at the cost of another's defeat, and to great distress for the one defeated. If you are trying to succeed in business, it is likely that you will with this card as there is no stopping the determination and the will to succeed.
Someone may be power hungry around you and their ambitions are stirred to such an extent that failure is inconceivable to them. Do not anger or irritate those who show the slightest signs of violence or hostilities, for to unleash the devil has no boundaries or limitations to the trail of devastation it can leave in its wake. To end the month, we have the four of cups. The picture on this card shows a dark-haired woman dressed in a robe and a wrap on her head. She holds four pentacles in front of her. Behind her is an arch symbolizing strength, protection and safety. The pentacles of course represent her finances and how she manages them. She is shrewd, careful and very practical. She is securing her financial future and will soon be rewarded for her patience and endurance. If you are this woman you are about to finally achieve your goal of financial security and freedom. You will be able to protect yourself from the adversities of the past and gain total financial control of your life. You may also be able to teach what you have learnt to others. We end the winter and begin the spring in this month of new beginnings. We will get over our time delays and addictions and get down to business by months end with grounding and security! Blessed be to all!
Questions and Counsel
Katelyn:
Dear Katelyn,
I had a reading with you before and you helped me so much. We talked about me possibly being a healer. Recently I have rarely felt like love and light though. How do I turn that on?
Sincerely,
Dimmed
Hi Dimmed,
Being a light worker isn’t always light and love. In fact, it’s rarely light and love. Light workers are light workers because they’ve been in darkness, are usually found in darkness, and have come out of the dark. When people come to me, they aren’t vibrating on the highest frequency of light and love, if they were they wouldn’t need me. People come to me in despair and pain, heartbreak and hopelessness. I am a light worker because I meet them in the dark and walk them out.
There would be no light without darkness. In the dark is where I found myself and came out through healing. You are not dimmed, you are learning. You do not need to turn your light on, it is already on. Be the light by being familiar with your darkness. The greatest lesson any healer can learn is how to radiate their own light in pitch black.
In light and love,
Katelyn

Diane:
A pentagram is probably the most misunderstood symbol of wicca. It deemed to be a symbol of evil and devil worship. The pentagram is merely a symbol of protection against negativity.
When facing the pentagram, the top point is spirit, the top left is air, top right is water, bottom left is earth and bottom right is fire. This signifies that spirit controls nature. An inverted pentagram implies that spirit is subservient to matter, and man is subservient to his carnal desires. In history the pentagram was once revered by Christians as a symbol for the wounds of Christ or the Star of Bethlehem. It was also the symbol of harmony, spirituality and peace.
And open pentagram means being outgoing, being prepared and aware and active. A circle encased pentagram also known as a pentacle symbolizes unity, eternity, affinity and the cycles of life. A pentagram corresponds with the number five which is very mystical in that it corresponds to us as humans. We have five fingers and toes. We have five senses and go through five stages of life from conception to death.
A pentacle can be worn as a symbol of your faith, as an amulet or talisman of protection. It is used to in ritual to cleanse and consecrate your working space and your altar tools. A silver pentagram increases your psychic and connection to the moon. A pentagram made from wood connects you with earth and a gold pentagram boosts your entry and increase mental clarity.

Greetings beautiful souls
Today I would like to talk about the ascended masters
Some of you may know of them, but most know these two, Mother Mary and Jesus
They are known as ascended masters because they lived a life on earth just as we are doing, but they mastered their lessons through many lifetimes and their last lifetime became known as the ascended master Mother Mary and Jesus.
There are so many ascended masters that are here just to help humanity
To help us elevate ourselves to raise our vibration
Angels help us with that as well, but the masters have lived in a human body just like us and had to struggle and master their emotions
I would love to introduce you to a beloved master
St Germaine and the violet flame
There is much you can google and read about this master; it would be too long to write it all down here
But what i would like to share with you is just how simple it is to use the violet flame and how effective it truly is
Sometimes we feel intimidated, we think we must say some long-complicated words
I tell you it is very simple
The violet flame is an energy a cold fire that transmutes any darkness and discord
You only need to see it in your mind’s eye
You can say thank you St Germaine for this gift of the violet flame
Help me clean within me any negativity
Help me heal any discord between me and .... coworker family etc.
Anyone you would like the relationship to be more harmonious.
I have told people about the violet flame, some thought it was too simplistic how could it possibly work
But they always came back to me smiling because it truly had done just that
Each day they practiced it and every time it helped
So, sending love out to another in the form of the violet flame truly heals
You can also visualize it as you take a shower
See the water as this flame
Bless everything with this flame and visualize it cleaning entire buildings, cities or even the world
That is how powerful it is
Remember always to thank St Germaine for this blessing.
You can also ask to visit the amethyst cave at night as you sleep
It will restore you
I am reminded some years ago as i was driving having many things on my mind and feeling very burdened
St Germaine said to me loud and clear
"Did I not give you the amethyst cave, it is there you go to cleanse yourself"
I smiled as it was a reminder to clean my energy field
So, my friends let us practice in the new year and use this wonderful tool St Germaine gave us
Wellness
Patrick
The real you or spiritual being is your good, kind, loving and wise nature.
You experience your soul nature in many ways. When you are at ease, you may feel your inner goodness and other positive qualities. These can include joy and peacefulness. You may feel more patience with others and the way your own life is unfolding. You may be more forgiving of other people and especially of yourself.
Can you think of a time when you were feeling connected? You didn’t have as many of the outer thoughts and influences from the busy world. Maybe it was when you were deep in thought with yourself or while with others or simply taking a walk in nature. You sensed the soul nature in others as you bring it out in yourself.
It also means you are more connected with a bigger picture and feel more contented. You know that life is going to work out okay, even with the challenges you have in the outer world. You know that you are a soul with a body and not a body with a soul.
When a person is more tuned into their inner being, they may have a relaxed look and feel that you can sense (as you connect more within yourself). You may even see a glow or sense their aura or the energy from their soul nature.
As you tune into your spiritual being, you will tend to attract others who are connecting within. Like attracts like and you will be communicating more deeply with other people as you unfold your inner communication (from your soul nature).
You will also naturally be communicating with your inner guidance or angels.
Children are influenced by both the positive and not-so-helpful thoughts and habits from their early environment, especially from parents or whoever raised them.
Studies in childhood development speak to the degree that children are influenced by their early environment or how much their personality and behaviors are based on their own inner nature. In addition to our environmental influences, souls also incarnate with their own innate qualities.
We can learn to free ourselves from early programming that holds us back and build on those innate qualities that live within the real us—good, kind, loving people. The more we understand and connect with our true soul nature, the more we know and can build upon our qualities, talents and wisdom.
You also have help to be and do what you are here on this planet earth for. This is your inner guidance, angels, or they are called by other names.
Young children absorb concepts that can limit them from being and expressing their true inner nature. This is because they have not yet developed their intellectual nature to act as a filter. They may not know enough yet to say “no”, this is bull or when to avoid a situation or certain people. The result can be living a life learned from their outer world rather than living as their good kind loving souls they are inside.
You experience your true self when you go beyond limited thinking and attitudes that you may have picked up along the way. Sometimes, these thoughts may be subconscious.
A key part of spiritual maturity is knowing and living from your own thoughts and feelings rather than the influence of the outside world.
