Climate Review
High humidity and temperatures all year round. Rain falls mainly from October to April, with little to no rain from May to September. The average rainfall is 150-120 inches per year. The average daily temperature is 81'F.
Water Problem
Because of the rapid growth in the Capitol city and the fact that the main water pump to the main water treatment center. Water has been scarce and hotels have been using bottled mineral water, while citizens must gather water from standing pipes and fire hydrants. The pump will take 6 months until the city is able to pay for the repairs.
