Hope you're enjoying every moment of this much needed and well-deserved break. My goal is for each of you to return recharged and energized on Monday. Be sure to take full advantage of the final few days of the vacation.
4/8 Update: You will receive a detailed e-mail on Sunday night which includes:

When removing the existing surfacing it was determined that the purple climbing equipment is at the end of its useful life and should be replaced. Adding new equipment would be challenging once the new surfacing is installed. In light of this, we have decided to install several new pieces now for our students to enjoy, including ADA compliant playground equipment accessible to all. As a result, this will delay the anticipated completion of our project to the beginning of June.
We appreciate your continued support and patience. We are confident these changes will make our playground even better for all of our students.
* This will be shared with parents via email on Monday.
A Message from Carlos
+ A note to our 4th and 5th grade teachers: Please remove desks from the hallway if they are not being used. Carlos and his team can assist. If desks are being used, please be sure to move them back to classrooms at the end of the day.
Please see Carlos with any questions. Thanks in advance for your help!
