Parent Survey Open Until March 7
We strive to make PRE a safe place for students to learn, and we appreciate the partnership with parents. In order to provide excellence and improve upon our practice, we rely on parent feedback. Therefore, below is a link to a short PRE Parent Survey. It is grade specific, so please select the survey for the appropriate grade level(s). The survey will close on March 7th. We appreciate your feedback.
Community Service Event
Our next event will be Wednesday March 8th from 3:45-4:45p supporting Operation Gratitude

Students will be making paracord bracelets and Thank you cards for Veterans and active Military. All items will be donated through Operation Gratitude. For more information check out this website. Even if you do not participate on event day you are welcome to make these at home for service hours and bring to the school to donate on or before March 8th.

Yearbooks
The ordering window for PRE students and families to order a yearbook has opened. Information was sent home in Monday folders.

THE DEADLINE TO ORDER A BOOK IS 3/24/2023.
Books are $17.00 this year. They will be handed out the last day of school during the signing parties in classrooms.
Spring Pictures
Mark your calendars…Picture day for Prairie Ridge Elementary is scheduled for Thursday, March 23rd. Online ordering is available before and after picture day. Order online at www.inter-state.com/order and enter order code: 77150HF. Shipping and handling charges may apply to orders placed after Picture Day.
Double Diamond
The Double Diamond Award is given out every Friday to two classes (one K-2 and one 3-5) that have exemplified specific expectations during their specials classes. Specials teachers have explained what students need to do in order to earn this award.
•Listen AND follow teacher directions
•Only talking during appropriate times
•Use an inside voice when working
•Show RESPECT to everyone and to property
•Enter and Exit the classroom appropriately
•Give YOUR personal best effort during class
