Dining for Feed the Hungry Forsyth

Feed the Hungry Forsyth Is Driven by Hunger

16, 740 people in Forsyth County are dependent on 28 local food pantries for their next meal. That's about 589 people per food pantry. Many food pantries struggle with managing the supply chain of consistent quality food from the source to the hungry. Feed Forsyth executes logistical strategies that provide the speed, quantity, and quality necessary to feed our community (from www.feedforsyth.org).

Feed the Hungry Forysth rescues food from businesses including but not limited to:

  • Grocery Stores
  • Bakeries
  • Restaurants
  • Wholesale Food Distributors
  • Churches
  • Caterers
  • Coffee Shops

The donated food goes immediately to community food pantries that distribute it to families in need.
