Photosynthesis Equation and What the Compounds Mean
Carbon Dioxide is used to make glucose and oxygen which are the products of Photosynthesis. Oxygen is made by turning Carbon Dioxide into oxygen, it's also the waste product of Photosynthesis. Glucose is the food of the plant and is the main reason for Photosynthesis, glucose is made of oxygen, water, and sunlight, it is made in the chloroplast.
Photosynthesis
This picture shows the basics of photosynthesis.
Chloroplast
The cholorplast is where the plant makes the glucose.
Chlorophyll
The chlorophyll is a green pigment found in the chlorplast.
Photosynthesis
Photosynthesis is the process in which a plant makes food for its self. The plant sucks up water from its roots, absorbs sunlight, and the carbon dioxide enters the plant through the leaves. Then the glucose is made in the chloroplast and oxygen is released in the air as a waste product for us to breathe.C6H12O6.
