My Future
Hali Herron
My Brain Hemisphere
Left Brain Thinker
Although I am capable of using both the right and left side of my brain depending on the situation, I am most comfortable while using the left side of my brain. That means that I am more structured and like things to go in a sequence. Because I am a left brain thinker, I could use more spontaneity and social activity.
My Personality Type
#1 Blue
I have a blue personality type. That means that I am loyal, devoted, and friendly. I need to make relationships with people before feeling completly comfortable with them. In moments of fighting, I tend to be the one to calm the seas. I think of others when doing something that can affect someone else. I pay attention to body language and how people say things rather than just their words.
#2 Green
I tend to be green in some situations. I like to get straight to the point and am very organized as green people are. I'm an independent worker as well. I feel completley comfortable with my green characteristics.
#3 Orange
My orange side is almost as developed as my green side. I love to be artistic, creative, and adventures. I am not, however, good at doing things on the spur of the moment. I am half and half in orange characteristics.
#4 Gold
Gold people tend to be in charge of things which is definetley not me. I am very indecisive and feel uncomfortable when put in a leader position. I lack in gold characteristics.
Decision Making
Behavioral Style
When making decisions I tend to make them slowly and follow the behavioral style. People with that decision making style are friendly, supportive and interpersonal. Others could see my decision making as that I can't say no, I'm too concerned for others and that I can't make hard decisions. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for well-designed, people orientated collegial settings.
