Know Where to Go on Graduation Day!
- Police Department personnel will discharge traffic at all points between the stadium parking lot and MES following the event.
- Once traffic begins leaving onto FM 1138, no vehicles will be allowed to turn into the stadium parking lot until most vehicles have been released.
- The exit at MES will be closed to vehicle traffic and will utilized for pedestrians only. Entrance and exit from the MES parking lot will be the northern driveway, next to the Admin building.
- When leaving the MES parking lot, all traffic will be directed northbound (they must turn left). This is because we will be crossing pedestrian to the south when that lot is being released.
- The northern entry/exit to the stadium will be closed to vehicle traffic and utilized solely for pedestrian crossing.
- Only the southern most and middle entry/exits will be utilized for vehicles.
- Upon release of vehicles from the stadium parking lot, the southern exit will be directed to the south (they must turn left), and the middle exit will be directed to the north (they must turn right).
- Tape will be stretched along the side of the roadway and no vehicles should enter FM 1138 from the grass or ditch. ALL vehicles exiting the stadium area must use one of the two available exit points.
- The driveway running east/west along the south side of the stadium will be closed to vehicle traffic for the entire duration and will be utilized for emergency vehicle access and pedestrian crossing.
- Traffic leaving from the visitor side of the stadium should either use the road leading towards the maintenance facility or the drive heading towards the high school. Also, these two roadways are the only vehicle access points before and during the event.
- A bus will be utilized as a shuttle service for people who have parked at the high school and will discharge and pick up attendees on the Visitor side of the stadium.
- There will be no shuttle service to the MES parking lot.
