CHS Family Update
4/8/19
What a wet weekend!!
For once the universe smiled and aligned the stars, or something like that. All weekend the rain came and made sure that everything was grey and wet. At the same time both of my kids were sick with head colds. While I am not excited that my kids were sick and the weather was lousy, at least it was lousy while they were sick.
We binge watched TV shows, made soup, took naps, worked in the garage, did wood working projects and generally just hung out. It was honesty good family time despite the runny noses and hacking, etc.
I hope that you stitched an awesome weekend together. It's early in the term so it is good to nestle in with the work load we have and the grand goals we have set for spring. Dig deep, maintain balance with work and life, and enjoy!

Student Artists - Congratulations go out to Lance Egan and nine Churchill artists had their work accepted into the LCC's regional art show. This is a legit art show which was jurried by the LCC art/media staff as well as local professional artists. Student work is hung in the LCC art gallery. The show is up now and will run through April 18th. We won't find out if any of our students won or placed in the show until next week.
Congratulations to each of our students for the honor of having their work accepted.
