Dear Loveland Families
The entire Loveland staff thanks all of you for supporting our Loveland Launch fundraiser. Thanks to your support and participation, we raised over $17,000 for enrichment activities and teacher grants! We’d like to take this opportunity to say a special thank you to our Fundraising Chairpersons, Lindy and Karl Bender, and Kayla Hawkins, and to our dedicated parents for donating to Loveland Launch. We truly appreciate the entire Loveland communities’ efforts during this fundraising drive.

** We hope we will have a large crowd that is able to join us for the Parade and Pep Rally. We look forward to returning to our normal Wednesday evening events during next year’s Homecoming when we anticipate having more scheduling flexibility.
WHS Football Games
A quick reminder if you or your children plan to attend Varsity Home Football games this season.
- Elementary school students must sit with their families or chaperones in the bleachers at games this year.
- Children will not be permitted to run around unsupervised, play football, jump off retaining walls, play tag near large crowds, etc.
- Middle school students will continue to sit in bleachers in the south end zone area.
- High school students will continue to sit in the student section of the east bleachers.
Effective this week: no one will be allowed in the stadium after halftime.
Thank you for your continued support to make sure we have a welcoming, safe environment for all guests at Westside!

Don't Forget - Wednesday Dismissal
Every Wednesday we will end the school day at 3:00 pm instead of 3:30 pm. This gives our teachers throughout the District collaboration time by attending weekly professional learning communities. Please plan accordingly to pick your child up at 3PM.
Fall Temperatures
The temperatures have been and will be going up and down for the next few weeks. Please make sure your child is wearing appropriate clothing in the morning. Sweatshirts, fleeces, and lightweight jackets are easy to keep in a backpack in case of cooler temperatures at recess time.
