Congratulations Class of 2020!
On behalf of the Walnut High School staff, THANK YOU for making yesterday one of the most memorable days Walnut High School has experienced. What a way to honor our 50th graduating class! I hope these are memories our Class of 2020 graduates will take with them for the rest of their life. CONGRATULATIONS CLASS OF 2020! Check out all of the highlights from last night below!

Diploma Distribution - June 3 & 4
Diplomas will be available for pick up on June 3rd and 4th in the student parking lot.
June 3rd pick up times will be from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
June 4th pick up times will be from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.
We will have four booths set up in alpha order. Please drive up to your booth, show your student ID, and we will give you your diploma.
Please see the map below to look at the route of diploma pick-up.
We will also use this time to pass out PLTW White Coats, Valedictorian Medals, a commencement program, and miscellaneous certificates.
Please make sure all outstanding balances are taken care of before you receive your diploma.

Virtual GLC Registration appointments | Data Confirmation
Data Confirmation - Through your AERIES Parent Portal account you will be able to finalize parent/guardian information, emergency card information, and registration documents (in lieu of filling out paper forms.) The Aeries Parent Portal will be open June 1st for re-registration and verification of continuing students in Walnut Valley Unified School District. It is mandatory that all parents/guardians update student, and parent information, emergency card information and registration forms before your student’s summer registration date.

As part of graduation requirements, ALL seniors are asked to complete this short questionnaire. Please take a minute to fill out the Senior Survey to let us know what you plan to do after high school. You can access the survey by CLICKING HERE.

Yearbook Distribution
Yearbooks are currently being printed and will be delivered to our site at the end of June.
We plan to have yearbook distribution on July 1 and 2.
More details will be sent out as we get closer.
Keep Calm You Can Still Order a Yearbook!
Yearbook online sales are being extended until June 20th or until supplies last!
Any remaining balance on a yearbook Senior Tribute (Ad) must be paid BEFORE yearbook distribution. Look for email with details about how and when you can pay that balance.
*Unpaid balance will result in withholding of diploma and/or yearbook.

Summer School Starts June 8
Summer school officially begins June 8. Keep checking your WVUSD e-mail and D2L website for updates as we will be going virtual this year.

Suicide Prevention Awareness: YOU could be the difference
Senior, Kaitlin Chheng, is currently working to raise Teen Suicide Awareness in our community as a part of her Girl Scout Gold Award. Mental health problems and suicidal thoughts may hide in plain sight, and it is up to us as a community to recognize this, raise awareness, and prevent it.
Learn about what to do and what to be on the look out for. YOU could be the difference.
