Ludwig Van Beethoven was born in Bonn, Germany on December 17, 1770. When he got older his hearing weakened. But that didn't stop him from composing music. He chopped off the legs of his piano and placed his ear against the floor to feel the vibration of the sounds he was playing on the piano. He composed only 9 symphonies but they were complex and amazing.
Ludwig Van Beethoven was born in Bonn, Germany where he composed his famous symphonies. But then moved to Venice.

Ludwig Van Beethoven never married but he composed the piece "Fur Elise" to all the women in the world.
Other Symphonies
Beethoven composed a total of 9 symphonies. Some of them were Eroica, Pastoral, The Apotheosis Of Dance and The Little Symphony.

- Beethoven often dipped his head in cold water before composing
- Beethoven loved cooking, so much so that he named one of his pieces "Christ! On the Mount of Olives"
- He was jealous that Rimsky-Korsakov wrote an opera called "Mozart and Salieri" instead of "Mozart and Beethoven"
