We hope that you are excited about your 3 day weekend! It has been a great week as we have kicked off our Boosterthon for RTG. Thank you for all of the donations that have been collected so far. We are making great progress in meeting our goals. There is still time, so please continue your fundraising efforts.
RTG is quickly approaching and will be held on Friday, September 9th. In order to maintain safety and get visitors checked in efficiently, we will be sharing a Pre-Check In Google form 48 hours in advance to pre-check. Once you complete the form, we will be able to generate an ID badge that you will be given when you arrive. In order to receive your pre-populated badge, you will need to bring your photo ID with you. Event time is 8:00-1:30.
We are hopeful that we will fill our Challenge Lab GT position this week with a new teacher. As soon as we have this new teacher in place, our Challenge Lab services will begin. Thank you for your patience as we find the best person to provide these services.
Knights on Duty (aka Watch Dawgs) will begin on Friday, September 9th. If you would like to volunteer to be extra eyes and ears on campus fill out the Sign Up Genius form. Once we have volunteers signed up, we will reach out and let you know the schedule for the day.
Our pick-up time has been getting smoother and faster. We are down to 24 minutes and can get even better. If you are walking up to get your child, please bring your yellow card and show the teacher and they will release the students to you. We ask that you not get your child until the teacher releases them to you for safety reasons.

Support for Uvalde September 6th
To show support for our neighbors in Uvalde, Boerne ISD students, parents, teachers, and staff are asked to wear maroon on Tuesday, September 6th, the first day of classes for Uvalde CISD.
Let's wear maroon and show our love and support for Uvalde as they head back to school!
