The government consists of the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches. The Branches can be different from country to country, in terms of size, function and importance. They are designed to operate independently of each other.

Explanation on why the founding fathers created the constitution

The founding fathers felt it was important to create the constitution because they felt that it would be a good idea that they make the constitution. For example, they wanted to make the constitution so that people will have more rules to follow.
