Origami Owl Starter Kit

If you selected a kit with jewelry and business supplies, it will usually ship within 1-2 business days and will arrive via UPS within 2 business days after shipping. When your kit arrives, be sure to unpack it immediately and check to ensure that you have received all of the contents. NOTE: If you joined with Virtual Enrollment , there is not a physical kit that will ship.

While you wait for your free gift to ship, go ahead and Login to your Designer Backoffice by entering your Designer # and Password. One you are logged in, look for a box that says NEW DESIGNERS START HERE. There's a great video after you click the link in the box. You can watch that video here

Redeem $50 Hoot Loot Product Credit

If you enrolled with the Virtual Kit, I wanted to make sure you were aware of how to use your $50 US wholesale value Hoot Loot aka product credit.

Here’s what you need to do next:

1. Log in to your Back Office by going to OrigamiOwl.com/Login and enter the username and password you chose during sign up.

2. Go to Shop > Jewelry and add the jewelry you wish to purchase to your cart. Remember, you have $50 wholesale!

Hint: Purchasing a Large Silver Living Locket® can be a great base for any Locket you choose. Next, a few Charms from our latest Collection that capture your story will be great to share our freshest jewelry.

3. During checkout, you’ll type in the amount you want to use and then hit “Apply.” You’ll see the amount credited in the Order Summary on the right.

Note: Your Hoot Loot credit expires on 9/30/21

Your Designer Website

Congratulations!! Your Designer replicated site is available for use as soon as you enroll. To locate it, enter the site name that you selected during enrollment into the address bar of your favorite web browser such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Safari. Example. I entered carlanew during enrollment as my site name, my website is carlanew.origamiowl.com . If you forget what you entered, you can locate it by logging in to the backoffice and clicking on Account and then look next to Website. What is listed there will be your website site name.

NOTE: Ensure that you enter the site name in the address bar and NOT within the search box of the browser. The address bar is the white space at the very top of the screen that usually starts with http:// or https: NOTE: You do not need to enter www to access your site.

Origami Owl is Transitioning to Think Goodness

In June 2021, Origami Owl announced we are expanding to become a brand collective called Think Goodness that has a mission to globally make a difference in even more lives.

The Think Goodness Brand Collective will launch with four brands and a non-profit that has a focus on giving back. Origami Owl, Willing Beauty, CMYK Cosmetics and Intuitiv Wellness. Great news.... you can still share Origami Owl and if you only wish to focus on Origami Owl, you may do so or you can share some or all of the other brands. The Nest led a training about this update in the News from The Nest Facebook Group. You can watch it here. If you are not a member of the group, you may request to join here.

Existing Designers Need to Opt-In Starting August 19 to Maintain Their Accounts (and Teams!) and Get Special Perks. Any existing Designer who opts in before September 30 will get a few extra perks! Not only will they be locked in at a 30 percent commission rate when Think Goodness launches October 1, but they will also get a free year of the Purpose Partner Tech Suite (read more below). Purpose Partner is the new name for a Designer.

During the opt-in process, you will get to select a new name for your website and agree to the new P&Ps. Opt-in must be completed by September 30 or the Designer’s/Beauty Advocate’s account will be closed. Stay tuned for an email when opt-in opens August 19!

Important Information about Jewelry Bars

Jewelry Bar® and Hoot Loot Updates. We’re creating a fresh, innovative customer rewards system that will make shopping with you both rewarding AND easy. With these new programs on the way, we are sun-setting our current Jewelry Bar system and will no longer have a VIP Exclusive look.

• The last day to open a new Jewelry Bar will be August 15.
• All Jewelry Bars will need to be closed by August 31, or they will not receive VIP rewards.
• Additionally, VIP rewards, O2 Credit, Bella Bucks and Designer Hoot Loot will need to be redeemed by September 30.

We know many of you have questions about how you can still support your VIPs with Jewelry Bars in a different way, and we want to help! Watch for more training sessions in the O2 Virtual Academy for ideas.

How To Place Orders

If you'd like to place an order for jewelry, business supplies or display items, log in to your backoffice and then click Shop and then click Jewelry to order jewelry. Click Jewelry Bar Essentials to to order business supplies. NOTE: When you order jewelry as a designer order, your 20-50% discount is given upfront.

It is a good idea to schedule your first jewelry bar within the first 14 days. If you are interested in earning the Ready Set Soar incentives, then you will want to schedule and host at least three Jewelry Bars within your 30 days

Frequently Asked Questions

All Designers enjoy 40% commission and/or receive a discount* on Charms, dangles, plates and 20% on lockets, chains, window plates ,earrings and watches. You may order products at wholesale cost and sell at your parties or in one on one design consultations and keep the profit at point of sale: Commissions from customer sales on your website are paid weekly (orders are tracked weekly through Saturday Midnight and commissions paid the following Friday, via Payquicker. When your personal sales reach 250 PV each month, you will earn an additional 10% bonus the next month, bringing your total commission to 50% on charms, dangles and plates and 30% on lockets, chains, window plates, earrings and watches
In about a week after your 1st retail sale, you will receive an email from Payquicker to get your account started. Go ahead and do that right away so that you can receive your commission payments. Personal Volume is explained here

Leadership bonuses are paid monthly around the 6th of month following. (Please see Career Plan PDF)

Requirements to remain active
Designers are required to have $150 in wholesale purchases every 6 months. If you do not achieve this, then your account will convert to a customer account and you will pay retail prices.

Requirements to earn on your down line team volume (Please see Career Plan PDF. Also please feel free to check with me for any questions or clarification. )

Hostess Rewards

Origami Owl offers generous hostess rewards plan. Visit the website to find the current rewards. Visit the Designer Resource Library link in the backoffice to find the most up to date hostess rewards flyer. HINT: Check the box next to Hostess Rewards to narrow down the search results.

Website Fees

Designers have FREE access to a state of the art eCommerce website that can be used to market your business. Your membership fee includes the free access to an eCommerce website site, Basic Reporting, Contact Manager and monthly Customer Newsletter/email campaigns.

My O2 Connection App (optional)

New Designers have access to the My O2 Connection app which is a tool that houses social media image and other useful tools that can help you connect with your customers at the tip of your fingers. After the 90-day trial, there will be a $25 annual fee if you wish to continue your subscription. Note: This is optional

O2 Bundle (optional)
If you would like more advanced features, you may subscribe to the O2 Bundle which provides Enhanced Reporting, Lead Pool Bonus and Customer/Hostess Leads, the fee is $99 per year.

Other Flyers & Marketing Materials
Designer are encouraged to use the pre-designed flyers, images and templates in the backoffice, however, if you choose to create any of these items on your own, you must follow the O2 Look Guidelines found on the O2 Style Guide and submit the completed designs to the Marketing Department for approval. Contact Marketing at marketing@origamiowl.com. Please allow 7-10 days for review.

Returns/Missing Items/Refunds/Exchanges

If you or your customer needs to request a refund, exchange or file a claim for a missing item or damaged, visit returns.origamiowl.com and complete the form. Follow any or all directions given by Origami Owl after the claim is submitted.

Steps for Placing Jewelry Bar Orders

1. Enter Guest Orders (select Retail or Wholesale Pricing.
2. Enter Guests Payments (be sure to click SAVE after each order) and then apply guest order payments
3. Enter Hostess Retail order if applicable
4. Enter Hostess Rewards Order ONLY after all guest orders have been entered AND payments have been saved and applied.
5. Enter Hostess Payments
6. Apply Payments to hostess orders
7. Close Jewelry Bar
