Prayer
A Prayer for Catholic Schools
Good and gracious God,
we pray that the focus and foundation of our Catholic schools will always be the person of Jesus Christ.
May we remember that we are called to work together as part of your universal Church
to build your kingdom in our midst.
Let each of our Catholic schools, no matter how large or how small,
whether urban, suburban, or rural,
be recognized by its commitment to excellence, its efforts to form the whole child,
its hospitality towards all,
and its intentional development as a community of faith, collaboration, trust, and love.
Help us to view every aspect of our world through the lens of the Gospel
and the teachings of our faith,
and let every member of our Catholic school communities become a visible example of what it means to put faith into action.
Amen.
The Official Prayer of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee Catholic Schools
A Note from Mrs. Longden
This is your official welcome to the new school year. As I reflect on the tasks that I need to accomplish to get the school programs up and running again, I am reminded that I am still a learner. As a 4th year principal, you would assume that opening the school year would be a simple and routine task that I have done many times. Although some things are the same, each new year brings a zest of energy and excitement not only from within me but also with each staff person returning or joining us new.
Our staff is honored to serve God through our Catholic school. This is a ministry to us as we work with the children and families in the community. We learn as we teach, and we teach as we learn. We are committed to the importance of learning the path that God wants each of us on. We lean on God as we model, demonstrate, and teach our students to do the same. “Teach me Your way, O Lord” will be a school prayer for the upcoming year that we use a lot. Adults, as well as children, can understand that there is so much more to learn as we journey together. We are glad that you are a participant with us for the 2023-2024 school year.
Blessings,
Mrs. Longden

All students will enter the school at the front, main entrance of the building.
Doors will open at 7:15 A.M. Students should be in their classroom when the bell rings at 7:30 for the start of the school day.
You can park in the church parking lot and walk the students to the front, or there will be spots in the front parking lot for parking and dropping off.
If you need to get out of the vehicle to help your child, please park in a spot. If your child(ren) will just be stepping out the vehicle, you can drive through the front parking lot and drop them off. Please keep this quick so as not to back up the line.
During the first week of school parents are welcome to come into school with your child(ren) to drop them off. After that, we ask that you please drop them off by the front doors. If you plan to come in to school, please park in the back church parking lot and walk to the front doors. This will help alleviate congestion in the front parking lot.
