Educational Leadership in the 21st Century, a facilitated online course for leaders of students' technological 21st century world. The CESA 9 school districts leaders will review best practices, examine leadership behaviors, and develop strategies to better support their teachers. Together they will learn to better use technology to improve student achievement.

**Optional graduate credit through Viterbo University

Cost: $165, (plus $110 for optional one Viterbo grad credit)

Course Description

This online facilitated course is divided into four Modules: an Orientation (Week Zero) and three content-based Modules. Each content Module includes individual work to learn concepts of leadership in the 21st century through interactive tutorials and exercises, a facilitated online discussion, and individual work developing a final project. The time for completing each Module is estimated to be between 4-6 hours, and the total amount of time required for the entire course is a minimum of 15-20 hours.

CESA 9 Online Facilitator: Lori Manion, Rib Lake District Administrator

Lori Manion is finishing her third year as the district administrator in the Rib Lake School District. Prior to her move to Wisconsin three years ago, Lori completed twenty-two years as an educator in Alaska. She spent her years in various roles including teacher, coach, assistant principal, principal, professional development coordinator, and adjunct professor for the University of Alaska-Anchorage. Her passion lies in helping others grow as educators in the ever-changing world of education and digital learning.
