Manager's Message - Welcome Bonnie!

Aloha, my name is Bonnie Limatoc-DePonte. First I would like to thank the Board of Moanalua Village for acccepting me as your new Site Manager. I am a multi-task kind of person and enjoy resolving issues to the best of my ability. I have been a Resident/ Site Manager going on 14 years and take pride in my accomplishments as a manager. I have also had my own Landscaping and Maintenance company, and assisted HPD with the Salt Lake Neighborhood Watch program. I am also a ARM (Accredited Resident Manager) member. I am looking forward to working with Moanalua Village and assisting the Board & Residents in whatever issues that arises and may be of concern. A Warm Aloha…..Bonnie

The Speed Limit at MV is 10 MPH

The Board is seriously considering installing additional speed bumps within Moanalua Village. This is in response to homeowners requests due to excessive speeding within the village and to ensure safety to all residents and their guests. Please observe the speed limit of 10MPH.

Having Work Done on Your Unit? Moving or Expecting a Delivery?

Please remember to give the office 24 hour notice if you are expecting contractors, movers, or delivery trucks at your unit. Contractors are required to read and sign an agreement form for work more than one day. Drivers of large delivery trucks always need to be reminded to use the "Truck Exit" button and exit through the larger entrance gate. Contractors must sign in and sign out each day at the office.

Aren't Pets Great?

Of course they are. Most of us either have them living with us or enjoy seeing them out and about. Please remember that all pets must be kept on a leash when exercising within the Village. Pets are not allowed to run wild or be tethered for such purposes. In addition, pet owners are required to clean up after their pet immediately. This includes the pets of all visitors and guests. If you witness a pet violation, please contact the on-site manager.

Do Not Flush Baby Wipes Down the Toliet

"Flushable" wipes are not flushable, and are being blamed for creating clogs and backups in the Moanalua Village sewer system. Authorities say wipes should NOT go down the toilet. Even wipes that are labeled "flushable" aren't breaking down as they course through the sewer system. This problem may affect MV maintenance fees due to the cost to unclog pipes. Therefore, all Residents should be aware that individual residents will be assessed the plumbing costs in the future if clogs appear in their designated drain.

  • The Recreation Center will be closed until approximately November 2nd for repairs.
  • FYI, you may see workers around the village making repairs to the outside of units, or fixing the roof.
  • Water damage can indicate major problems. Please check your ceiling and notify the on-site manager of any problems at 836-3383.
