COMMUNITY TOOL TALKS - FEBRUARY 28, GREAT MILLS HEALTH HUB
Great news for our Green Holly parents! Green Holly is partnering with the Chesapeake Public Charter School and Lexington Park Elementary School for Community Tool Talks. Tool Talks are 45 minute informational and Q&A sessions where local mental health professionals share their expertise, on various topics, with our school communities. Tool Talks take place, via Zoom, at least once a month on Wednesdays. Parents/guardians are invited to attend the presentations. The first 30 minutes of the presentation is the mental health professional sharing his/her information and this portion is recorded. Then we offer a 15 minute question and answer session that is not recorded. The recordings are then posted for other families to view at later times. The next Community Tool Talk is on February 28 from 4:00-4:45. The topic is services offered at the Great Mills Heath Hub presented by Christopher Shea. The Health Hub is a fantastic resource for our families and if you're looking for additional community resources then this Tool Talk is for you! This is a FREE event for adults. If you would like to attend please register using the link below. If you have any questions please feel free to email me at lgswick@smcps.org

Updating the office
Please remember if you move or change your phone number, it is very important to update the office. A new proof of residence will be needed if you change addresses. GHES needs to be able to contact families for many reasons and it is a safety issue when we are unable to contact anyone. Also, please remember to update any emergency contacts that may have changed. Please email Kelly Catterton at kmcatterton@smcps.org
Car Riders
Please be in line for Morning Drop-off by 9:00. We start unloading students at 8:55.
Please do not let students out of the car until a GHES staff member is there to assist. Morning drop-off will end at 9:05, you will need to drop off in the office once the GHES staff is no longer at drop-off.
