West Pine Middle is please to offer instruction in many different music classes. They meet during the school day with opportunities for extra-curricular concerts, festivals, and performances.
We want you to be a part of the music!

BAND

Beginning instruments: clarinet, flute, trumpet, trombone

  1. Beginning Band is only offered in 6th grade so if you are interested, go ahead and sign up

  2. Trips to Carowinds where we perform as well as enjoy the rides.

  3. Helps you make new friends that you can be with from Middle School to High School.

  4. Middle School Band leads to High School Marching Band where you can compete and make life long friendships

  5. Teaches Discipline

  6. Beginning Band Instruments are only Flute, Clarinet, Trumpet, and Trombone. We will switch to percussion based on auditions after Winter Break.

CHORUS/MUSICAL THEATER

Beginning instruments: violin, viola, cello, bass

Welcome! I am excited that you are interested in joining the West Pine Middle Orchestra. The study of music can become a valuable part of every students' life. We are starting to organize our classes for next year. Please browse this website to view your options and contact me with any questions. It is not necessary to have an instrument now; all you have to do is sign up with me if you are interested! West Pine Middle has many school instruments available and we will work on obtaining instruments once school starts in the fall.
