Happy September! Can you guys believe its almost fall! I am not ready for the seasons to change just yet. As the mornings gets cooler make sure you are sending your littles with the right clothing since we will be soaking up all the outside time possible.

Reminder EN will be closed September 5th in honor of Labor Day! Hope you all enjoy your holiday!

We have had lots of big stuff happening here at The Nest. As most of you have noticed we gave our building some much needed TLC, we got all new stucco and gutters done on our exterior! This building is old and in need or some love so over the next couple moths we will continue to work on some updates. New paint inside, a new shed for storage and hoping to get some new exterior doors. With the shed arrival, we will have part of our parking lot closed while we flatten the area and remove debris. As the date gets closer I will send out a notification so you guys know when.

Fundraising

All these changes cost money, with that our next fundraiser will be starting September 6th and end on September 19th. This is our "Cheers to the Holiday" fundraiser. We were in desperate need to update our technology so the money we raise will go to money we just spent for new laptops and iPads for our classrooms. Please check your child's mailbox in their classroom to find the brochures. We are a non profit center so the more we can raise on these fundraisers help us immensely!

We will also start a See's CANDIES fundraiser. This one will run from September through late November. I am trying to get you all the link to use and share but its not going through. Once I fix the issue I will send out the info!

All your help and support is greatly appreciated! This helps us buy supplies, technology and use money towards things to update and refresh things to provide your families with the best!

One of our next big goals is to get new play structures for at least two of our playgrounds. We have created a GoFundMe to help us meet this goal.

Infants is set to open September 12th! We are so excited to have our babies back! If you have any questions please feel free to ask Mrs. Neva or I. If your baby is on mothers milk please make sure you are bringing enough to get them through the day. Also bring them plenty of bottle to get them through the day as well. We will send home the dirty ones at the end of each day. If your baby is on formula EN offers formula for them. We use the Kirkland brand which is the equivalent to Similac. If your baby is doing stage one and 2 baby foods we provide those as well. Cant wait to love on some babies!

Looking for some fall fun, check out Miller Farms! This is a great family place to spend the day! Load up on pumpkins, check out cool old aircrafts, get lost in a maze or pick some seasonal produce. Below are some fun dates at Miller to keep you entertained these next few months.

Eagles Nest crew is dwindling down again. Ms. Alli is starting a new chapter and moving to Greely, at the end of October our snow bird Mrs. Sammy will be heading to Florida to enjoy the sunshine.

We are a small crew as it is, but this is going to make for even less staff. If you or anyone you know is interested in a job working with kiddos and a super fun, loving staff please send them my way!

-Lead Teacher $19.00-$21.00.
