EXCERCISE

Everyone should get at least 60 minutes of exersize a day. Whether it is going walking or going to the gym, doing so will put your life on the right path. Also you should eat healthy more often. Fruits an veggies will help you greatly. Protein is helpful as well. So that is why YOU can make your life better with excercise!
