2 tablespoons flour or 1 cup bread crumbs

12 small shrimp, shelled, cooked, and deveined
3 ounces smoked salmon
3 ounces smoked herring or 3 ounces whitefish, thinly sliced
2 ounces boiled ham, sliced
2 ounces rare roast beef, sliced
2 ounces Danish blue cheese, cut into cubes
2 ounces Danish hard cheese, cut into cubes
3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges or slices
3 small apples, cored, cut into wedges, and dipped in lemon juice
3 small oranges, peeled and sectioned
1/2 cup sliced onion
24 pimiento-stuffed green olives
6 dill pickles, cut lengthwise into quarters
1/3 cup 2 teaspoons mayonnaise

Basil: a herb , aromatic green leaf used in tomato dish or egg dishes.
Chives: a herb ,hollow, green top of a value onion , used in salads.
Cinnamon: a spice found from the bark of trees. used to make powders , teas , and liquid extracts.
