Language World, 23-24 March 2018
Dr Rachel Hawkes, the Language Futures Educational Researcher, will discuss the study's findings as part of the Mary Glasgow Plenary Lecture on Friday 23rd March: Language Futures and the future of language learning: lessons for the mainstream languages classroom and beyond. The session will examine crucial messages about choice and motivation, student autonomy, project-based learning, and the all-important learning beyond the classroom.

Click, Connect, Learn - exploring online mentoring
Whole Education (in partnership with ALL) has also received funding from the NESTA Click, Connect, Learn fund to explore online mentoring as part of the Language Futures approach. The project launched in September across a group of schools in Peterborough and Cambridge.
