90 Day Zeal for Life Challenge
Week #4
Going Strong!
We are 1/3 of the way into our 90 Day Challenge! Give yourself a pat on the back!
This can sometimes be the most TRYing time during a new commitment. The excitement that you first started out with has probably worn off.. but hopefully now you are starting to see some more serious results! A little weight loss? More energy? Less pain if you had any? If you have been diligent about staying away from foods high in sugars, you might be noticing that you don't crave them quite as much as you used to. Well, it will only get better!
Because of all your hard work over the past weeks, I encourage you to treat yourself. Maybe get a pedicure or eat a delicious piece of chocolate . Whatever a 'treat' is to you, reward yourself. If you have more serious goals going into these last two months, I encourage you to set 1or 2 goals for yourself down the line and a reward for reaching them. Go a whole month not missing a workout? Go get some new workout shorts! At least that is what I would do :) If you have a partner doing this challenge with you, ask them if they will to help keep you accountable and maybe y'all can both work towards it together.

Eat it Up, Drink it down!
I stumbled upon this yummy pasta/lettuce salad recipe about a year ago! It makes a GREAT quick lunch (in a smaller portion size) option or hearty dinner salad, Because you can make your pasta in advance and refrigerate until needed. Either way, this recipe combo is super yummy and tummy satisfying! Be sure to look for an all-natural lite Caesar dressing to keep it super good for your body.
