Dear King Families!
I hope this update finds you and your family well. This new "normal" is challenging on so many fronts but I have to say, I am so proud of how our students and staff have adjusted their way of doing "normal" to make the best possible experience it can be. As I recently said to our fabulous teachers, in each and every class I visited this past week, I saw engaging lessons, engaging teachers, and engaged students. I am sure you will agree that the commitment our staff has demonstrated has been remarkable. However, we couldn't do it without you. Your partnership in this endeavor makes all the difference in the world and we thank you so very much for your role in its success.
In addition to some of the information that I had included in last week's King Connection, I am also including
* Family Feedback Opportunity
* Learning Bag Distribution Info
* School Council
* YouTube Translations
Please be sure to utilize the district tech website if you are having any tech issues.
Please note: The district has created this "Return to Learn" page that includes timely planning updates and resources for families.

When arriving, please follow these guidelines:
- Write your child(ren's) first and last names, grade(s) and his/her teacher/teachers name on a piece of paper and hold it up in your window.
- Staff will look at the name(s) and gather items.
Parents will open trunks, hatchbacks, or back doors to allow staff to put student items in the car.
Staff will bring distribution items and place them in cars.
Once items are placed in cars, please pull forward and exit the King parking lot.
A REMINDER: In order to maintain social distancing guidelines, we respectfully request that no one leave their vehicle. We want to ensure the safety and well being of everyone involved.
