Pueblo High School Monthly Bulletin

There will be Parent Teacher Conferences from 5:00-7:00PM on Thursday, February 9. Teachers will be contacting parents to schedule those conferences. If you need to speak to one of your child's teachers, please use email to request one. There will be Early Release on Friday, February 10.

On Thursday, February 9, 2023 at 5:00PM we will have an informational meeting with our Class of 2023 Seniors & Families! Updates on graduation expectations will be discussed along with important dates. Please plan to attend.

Counselors continue Course Selection for Grades 9-11 for 2023-24 school year. Students & parents can review our class offerings, electives & special programs online. If you have any questions, counselors are available.

The College & Career Center will hold workshops every Wednesday from 2:00-3:00 p.m. in the Special Projects Room beginning in December. In these workshops students can apply for colleges and universities, fill out their FAFSA, apply for scholarships or receive general information about college and career readiness. Parents are welcome to attend. For more information, please contact Dr. Manuel Avila.

Every day during lunch a different member of the counseling department will have a table outside of the administration building and will be available to answer questions for students and staff.

Mondays = Ms. Luna (Sophomores; Seniors M-Z)

Tuesdays = Ms. Campbell (Juniors)

Wednesday = Mr. Matanza & Ms. Manthai (Family Liaison & Social Worker)

Thursdays = Dr. Toro (Freshmen; Seniors A-L)

Special night for Isaiah Hill (Class of 2024) surpassing 1,000 career points on January 19, 2023! Congratulation to him & his family! Pueblo went on to win 47-46 over Sahuaro.

Dalien Duarte (Class of 2025) continues to improve every match. She placed 3rd at the Flowing Wells Invitational held on January 13 & 14, 2023. She recently qualified for State competetion.

Pueblo Girls Soccer celebrated their Class of 2023 Seniors on January 24, 2023. Warriors finished the season 3-9 in a tough 4A Kino region.

Pueblo Girls Basketball recognized their Class of 2023 Seniors on January 24, 2023. Warriors went on to win 72-9 over injury riddled CDO squad.

Pueblo Boys Soccer ended their season with a 3-0 loss to Flowing Wells. Warriors finished with a record of 4-6-2. Young core of players return next year.
