Meet your Instructional Leadership Team
Tori Panetta, PreK - 1st grades
My name is Tori Panetta. This is my second year teaching at Penn and I love First Grade! I am originally from New York and attended James Madison University in Virginia. I enjoy traveling, talking and shopping. I am currently awaiting Fall weather to enjoy time outdoors. My favorite food is pizza and my least favorite is pickles.
Ashley Gilstrap, 2nd - 3rd grades
Michelle Champlin, Co-chair 4th - 6th Grades
Teresa Johnson, Co-chair 4th - 6th grades
Victoria Ellington, Specials Team
This will be my 17th year of teaching here at Penn. I have taught 1st grade, Art, and now I am the Librarian. I truly love being in the library. In the library I get to see every student in the school, which means I get to share so many rich experiences with my Penn family. I am the proud owner of two lab mixes. They are both 5 years old and very spoiled. I love to sing and I sing in a band. I am originally from Dayton, Ohio. I came to Tulsa to attend Oral Roberts University. I received my Education degree at ORU and I received my Library Science degree at OU.

Funding Classroom Projects
Do you have great ideas for your school or classroom, but you don't know where to find funding? DonorsChoose.org is a doubly good opportunity right now because three different organizations are offering to match your donors dollar for dollar!
- Impact Tulsa is matching donations for PK-3rd grade literacy projects
- The Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation is matching donations for any TPS teacher
- The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is offering up to $1 million in matching donations for any project
These donors will connect your qualifying project automatically once your DonorsChoose page is live. By the way, did you know DonorsChoose will fund field trips and student travel also? Get those projects up now!
Ms. Wiltshire, Ms. Davis & Ms. Dalton have already had projects funded! Congratulations!
