Hello Puma Families!

We hope that you and your family have been able to stay safe, healthy, or back on the recovery trail. If you or your family has any specific needs, please feel free to reach out to our Parent Liaison, Rachel Chintala, our counseling team (Mrs. Walker/Mrs. Morales), or a School Administrator. We are pleased to support your family in any way we can.

COVID Guidelines continue to change and get updated. If you haven't seen the most updated as of 1/12/2022, then check out the resources on the LCPS website by clicking these links:

How the COVID Guidelines connect to our practices at Pinebrook is one of two topics we will discuss at the upcoming Tuesday Talk this Tuesday, January 18, at 6:00 PM. The other topic is an inside look into ParentVue. Use this link to join: meet.google.com/smk-dqqn-yjj

Puma That Pounce!

We want to highlight our Health Clinic Team, Ms. McClellan and Ms. Torres who have been incredible in helping contact trace and communicate our processes with families. Further, here's a shout-out to the staff that has been outside over this past week during arrival. It's been cold and they've toughed it out! Thanks, team! :)

On February 24, the Loudoun Regional Bee Runoff will be an online test. If Zaara advances through this round, she will participate on

March 10 in the Loudoun Regional Spelling Bee will be a virtual event this year.

Remember, when you come to school...

  • When you come to school, it's essential to be in the habit of three things:
  1. Make an appointment
  2. Have your ID;
  3. Have your phone, especially if you are tardy, picking up, or returning a child to school, as we use an electronic form to record the child's return. You will access the form via a QR code scanned by your phone.
