Student Illnesses

We know you are doing your very best to help us keep all the students here safe and well, and we appreciate it. To that end, we ask that you please call the office if your child stays home for any of these symptoms... no matter how minor: sore throat, headache, fatigue, cough, difficulty breathing, loss of taste or smell.

So far we have had no secondary cases travel at school, but we are having students test positive for Covid who have contracted the illness outside of school. It is on the increase in our community, and we want to do our part to keep it from transferring. We will personally contact parents if your child has been exposed. Sometimes the symptoms are super mild, but it doesn't mean the student isn't contagious. If you will help us by not sending your child to school with any symptoms, all of the parents and students and staff appreciate it! Just call us if you have questions about any symptoms and we will walk you through it.. 919.557.2770

No School on Friday, July 30

Friday is a teacher workday, where teams will be training. K-2 has literacy training for updated depth of knowledge regarding phonics and decoding strategies and 3-5 will be working on a new program Star Math for diagnostic work with students. We hope you enjoy this day off with your students!

Reflections 21-22

The PTA reflections program will be beginning soon and we can’t wait to see your entries! This year’s theme is I Will Change the World By… so you can start planning your entry. Remember there are many entry types: Art, Music, Dance, Photography... what will you choose?

Sponsor our Fun Run?

Hello families!! It's that time again for our biggest fundraiser, the booster fun run! In your children's folders you will see a sheet for sponsors, if you have a business that would like to participate. Our wonderful sponsors help to cover the shirts for the students at the school.

Thank youuu!!!!!
