A Healthy Diet
Why?
Every asked yourself why you need to stay healthy? Why you need to have a balanced diet? Why can't you just eat all the unhealthy junk and workout to burn it off? Well, let me answer that question, because, you deserve to be happy and fit. You may not know, but what we eat has a lot to do with our actions, how we act, mood swings and other diseases which are pretty horrible.
Proteins
Why do we need proteins in our everyday life? Because proteins are what helps our organs tissues cells bones work and stay together, but too much of these isn't food either.
Oils
Why? Haven't we all heard that oils are bad and make us fat? Well that's true, but part of it is. Some oils are necessary in our diet, they keep opus healthy but we need to have a reasonable amount! Too much of anything will hurt!
Dairy products
Why do we need these? Haven't we all heard about how cheese makes us fat? It doesn't if we take a reasonable amount everyday. Dairy products have calcium, and calcium helps our bones stay fit! You wouldn't want weak bones, would you?
Fruits
Fruits, they're not so bad to eat. They contain many vitamins crucial for your body and to stay fit and healthy.
Vegetables
Vegetables, ah, the bad part, but we need them, just like fruits different vegetables provide different types of vitamins for our body which are essential for us.
Carbohydrates
Carbs are equally important because they provide us energy. The right kind of carbs. So have them moderately!
Water
Without water none of the very important things would matter. Water helps everything function, and helps us stay hydrated!
