LIS Tiger Talk

Principal's Update
Tiger Families,
It's been an amazing week. Our 6th grade students showed off their projects and musical abilities at the LIS/LMS Art and Music Festival on Thursday. Our 5th grade students visited the Cincinnati Zoo today, while our 6th graders had their International Fair. We celebrated our awesome staff this week with special treats and activities each day for Teacher Appreciation Week. Only two weeks to go and there is still a lot more learning and fun to be had.
Have a great weekend! Go Tigers!

6th Grade Spring Music Night
Our outstanding music teachers put on an amazing concert on Thursday evening. The students played outside right by the front doors while their friends and family watched picnic style. Thank you to our music teachers, Mrs. Bierkan, Mrs. Stagg, Mr. Huening, Mrs. Dennedy, and our Fine Arts Booster President Carol Hall.
LIS Spring Art Show
Mrs. Power and Mrs. Durham set up a wonderful Art Show for our 6th grade students. Friends and family were able to walk around LIS to see what their students have been creating in Art class. Thank you Mrs. Power and Mrs. Durham for all your hard work this year!
