Activating Unified Persistent Prayer in Communities & Cities

Prayer on the Streets

For the ninth year in a row, City Gates Pray invites you to join with prayer warriors around the Greater Sacramento Region to make an impact in your city or community through the power of prayer walking. On October 7th, at 7:30am, prayer intercessors will be taking prayer to the streets, lifting up those that are without Christ, our churches, neighbors, families and leaders in our communities. After the prayer walk, intercessors will meet back together for a time of fellowship. Click HERE for more information on how you can take part in "remaining steadfast in prayer" to a lost and hurting world. Through prayer and love for others, restoration will come about in our communities and cities.

City Gates Pray is a prayer mobilization ministry which focuses on prayer walking through cities and communities.

Remembering Ted Rose

We honor Ted Rose as a bold and persistent prayer leader. Ted entered his rest with our Lord Jesus at 5:30 AM Pacific Time on September 20. Though we are saddened by his passing, we are also jealous that he is beholding the Glory of the God whom he loved and spent much of his life praying toward.

From Yale Kim, Vice Chairman of the US National Prayer Council:

"One of my favorite stories of Brother Ted is how he and Dee took it upon themselves to setup a prayer room for three years on L Street across from the California State Capitol Building many years ago. Brother Ted and Denise Rose have been strong advocates for prayer and powerful intercessors."

The prayer council will be organizing to help with the families immediate and long term needs. If you would like to make a gift you can contact them HERE.
