Happy Holidays!
Gosh I can't believe that another year is coming to a close, can you??!! What an AMAZING 2015 we have had. Many of you have rocked your businesses this year, paid bills to take care of your families, treated them to something special, gone on vacations, promoted up the career path, had a change in career, given back, and so much more! Whatever it was that you accomplished this year, give yourself a pat on the back.. big or small all accomplishments are big in the grand scheme of things. YOU are a rockstar.
I hope that each and every one of you takes the time to enjoy these next few weeks with your family's. Laugh a little louder, hug a little longer, and just breathe deeply. Life is short, and is meant to be enjoyed, one moment at a time.
As we look forward to the new year, I hope that you reach any and all goals that you have for yourselves: personally, professionally, and for your families. I know myself my big goal will be to pay off some debt so that I can free up income to take my family on a dream vacation to Atlantis! (keep me on track ladies! ;) )
Wishing all of you love & success!
Cant wait to celebrate you in the coming year!
XOXOXO Kelsey

Making the Most of the Outlet Sale
Communicating with your customers is going to be the number 1 determiner of how well you do during the sale. Advertising and marketing it is up to you, so make sure that if you want to sell a lot, you market it a lot.
Thirty-One doesn't do outlet sales a lot, so when they do, they can get a little crazy. If the internet goes down, it will be okay. If customers are having a hard time accessing your site, it will be okay. Don't worry-there is no bag emergency. Things like this DO happen. Keep calm and shop on.
Also keep in mind that the outlet sale is why supplies last. So don't try to put items in a party order, let customers know that items will sell out fast, and updating them regularly will ensure success.
Here are some tips & tricks to make the most of the outlet sale, and what I plan to do with my customers:
-I made an initial email to my contacts in my back office. I let them know that an outlet sale was coming up, and that during the day of the sale they will get an email link sent to them. If they wanted to get in on my fun and games, they could join my Facebook group (insert the link) and get instant up to date notifications. >> this helped, I've had a handful join my group!
-I then ran a contest in my group. If 10 people added 10 people, I would raffle off a free product. Ive had about 8 women participate- BUT thats 80 NEW contacts in my Facebook group! yahoo!
-I am planning to share some helpful tips and tricks in my group this coming saturday. Like shop early, etc. I will post these in our KandE Factory team page, when I find what I want to do.
-I then plan on emailing my customer base on the 27th reminding them to keep an eye out for the email tomorrow, or again to join my Facebook page if they want an instant reminder.
These 3 touch points with my customers, Im hoping will lead to good sales for me. I'm also planning to post fun things in my customer group. Or like, a few of the items are retired. So I plan to dig them out and make a video of why customers would want those bags. I want to be as thorough/ clear and concise as possible.
