This Sunday's Message: Ministry in Chad w/Andy & Cari Robertson
“So let us not grow weary in doing what is right,
for we will reap at harvest-time,
if we do not give up.” (Galatians 6:9)
This Sunday's Scriptures: Psalm 133 & John 20:19-31
From the desk of Pastor Paul...
Dear Friends,
This Sunday, the Second Sunday of Easter, we will welcome Andy and Cari Robertson and their sons, Tony and Drew, to our worship service and church family. Andy is the son of former OLCC,P pastor David Robertson and his wife, Mary. Andy, a physician, has served as a medical missionary in the African country of Chad in recent years and been supported with our mission dollars. This year, the family has been enjoying a furlough here at home while Cari works on a Master’s degree and Andy also does some continuing education work.
On Sunday, the Andy and Cari will update us on their work and ministry in Chad during both worship services. They will also share with our children for a brief time, and be available to speak with others following each worship service. I hope you’ll plan to come out in support of them and hear what God is doing through them.
Then next Sunday, April 15th, we will have one worship service at 10:30 a.m. and hear a special speaker, Ron Sandison. April is Autism Awareness Month, and Ron will share is personal journey of living with autism as a person of faith. He has a fascinating story and testimony to share, so please plan to be here as well to hear what he has to share.
See you Sunday,
Pastor Paul
