The Boxer Rebellion was Yihetuan or the Militia United in Righteousness also known as the "Boxers". The Boxer Rebellion was a Chinese fight that defeated foreign imperialism, and Christian influence. With their presence in Shandong, and the North China Plains tensions grew. Boxer fighters converged in Beijing, and on June in 1900 tension broke, and a war was declared between Boxers and global influences.
